No two days or weeks are the same in my role, I work closely with the racecourse General Manager and Head Grounds Person daily, splitting my time between being out on the track and keeping on top of my administrative tasks. I also work alongside the Racecourse & Industry Relations Director on industry related projects which adds an additional layer to my role.
