Diversity, Inclusion & Equality

Uniqueness is a core strength. Diversity is a fact; we’re all different. However, it’s how we welcome and support these differences that determines the kind of business we are and the culture we create.

And it’s a culture of inclusion and belonging that defines us at The Jockey Club. Ensuring that there is greater inclusion and diversity is fundamental to the future of British Racing and The Jockey Club.

But it is vital that these are not just words, and we commit to incorporating our mission and vision in all that we do and welcome everyone to share in the thrill and excitement of horseracing.
